Vaccibuddy.com aims to provide high-quality healthcare services. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to let us know.
Step 1 — Speak With Us
Speak with a member of staff at the pharmacy. Many concerns can be resolved immediately.
Step 2 — Submit In Writing
If your concern cannot be resolved, please submit your complaint by email. Please include:
- Full Name
- Appointment Date
- Pharmacy Location
- Description of your concern
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days, where possible.
If You Remain Unsatisfied
You may contact the relevant NHS or regulatory body if applicable.
